Best Western PLUS Hobby Airport Inn and Suites

Staff were the highlight - facilities lived up to their stand, but my lasting impression is of the excellent welcome and support from Alex when I checked in at 2am! Then, Cindy couldn’t have been more efficient and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed to get to my next destination. Finally, Alma’s breakfast lived up to Alex’s recommendations - all the choices of a great American breakfast prepared with homemade love and a warm smile. Hotel facilities in general: Easy to find. Close to airport. Brilliant facilities with everything I needed and wanted.

Conveniently near airport. Beds were comfortable. Most of the staff were helpful, though one morning clerk wasn't that helpful when the Internet wasn't working--she told me to call the support number found in the room, but there wasn't any number to call. Must have been several complains because when we asked again later she said they had called a tech to reboot the router.

I loved the hotel, and that the airport was less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast was good and the lobby was cozy. Laundry room on site was great! The pool was refreshing and clean. Actually, all the areas that I observed were clean. Cindy at the front desk is an absolute gem. Even though my daughter lost her wallet and wasn't able to attend the cruise, Cindy really stepped up to ensure that she was going to be okay, while I was away. Thank you, Cindy for your top-notch customer service!!!

It was very close to the airport and the free shuttle service was greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. We would stay here again.
